in one day, a trench for a concrete grade beam of sixty seven linear feet was dug. additionlly, six column bases were formed, with simpson cb-66's poured in placed. after special inspections, and city inspections, we poured and trowled the concrete, then backfilled. the following day, demo resumed, removing the stucco finish from the walls.
