among our first delivery from dixiline lumber were the 22-inch parallam beams, which are being used to create a ceiling height to 10-feet. as the crew began setting the beams, we noticed some racking in the upper wall structure, and it was decided to build the lower structural [shear] walls. additionally, floor sheathing was laid over the garage, and the new kitchen space was framed in.
