deck building, interior painting, interior stairs, and bamboo flooring

it has been several busy weeks of installing finish materials. the finish decking material [timber-tek] was installed using a clip system that minimizes exposed fasteners. the deck is what this house is all about; being able to step out into the gorgeous san diego weather, and enjoying the harbor view and downtown skyline. the interior of the house was taped off and painted in a series of four days. the warm white tone sprayed and back rolled by campbell painting. after installation of the stairs, the painters began the several step process of lacquer finishing the laminated zebrano/wenge stairs and hand rails. the time and material put into these stairs and rails has really paid off as a nice detail of the house. the finish hardwood floor began being installed. eco-timber bamboo flooring is a multi-strand engineered product that has a rich coffee tone, that really accentuates the interior walls.
